ABOUT

TIM TOMPKINS
Licensed to sell real estate at a young age, Mr. Tompkins has developed a wide range of expertise, including the acquisition and development of income producing property, property valuation, renovation cost estimating, and financial analysis.
Being a fierce entrepreneur, Tim Tompkins developed many entertainment businesses, such as Zei, Liberty, Idols, Snug Harbor Restaurant & Suites on Keuka Lake, and restaurants in the East End. He functioned as his own visionary and general contractor on all of these successful ventures, and continues to be a landlord in Western New York.
Mr. Tompkins has been a private lender and mortgage broker since 1986, loaning millions to investors, renovators, and other entrepreneurial individuals who have benefited from fast, easy mortgage money. His financial experience and knowledge of the Rochester and Upstate New York market can provide potential borrowers with a quick response and fast closings, and has created long-term relationships with many clients. He is very enthusiastic about the lending business and often times functions as a free consultant to those who are interested in purchasing investment property and seeking success in the real estate market.
Outside of his passion for bricks & mortar, Mr. Tompkins has been involved in his community since the young age of 20, being elected President of the Ontario Jaycees. He has held leadership positions or volunteered on many not for profit boards, including the Community Chest, Empire State Pride Agenda, Community Health Network, Park Meigs Neighborhood Association, East End Neighborhood and Business Association, was instrumental in helping found and organize the Rochester Police Foundation (and currently serves as President), and serves his community as a member of the City of Rochester Zoning Board of Appeals.
Through strong and charismatic leadership, Tim Tompkins assisted on numerous financial and strategy committees for political campaigns, including being a major fundraiser for Governor Kathy Hochul, former Lieutenant Governor Robert J. Duffy and former City of Rochester Mayor, Lovely Warren.
In his spare time, he enjoys Lake Ontario from his home with his corgi named Baby.
